  • We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and sizes of our outfits as accurately as possible on your screen. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or studio lighting.
  • All prices listed on senlik.co are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or modify prices without prior notice.

3. Orders and Payments
  • Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders if the clothing material is out of stock, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments (UPI, credit/debit cards) via approved Indian payment gateways and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options.
  • COD Compliance: For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are legally obligated to pay the courier person at the time of delivery. Fake or rejected COD orders with intent to harass may lead to immediate account suspension.

4. Shipping and Delivery
  • We offer shipping across India. Standard deliveries take 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
  • While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, ŞENLİK is not liable for unexpected delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or local festivals.

5. Return, Exchange, and Cancellation Rights
  • In compliance with consumer protection standards, we offer a strict 2-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible, clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, with all brand tags completely intact, and in their original packaging.
  • Order cancellations are permitted only within the time frame specified on the checkout page before the order is dispatched.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
  • All content on this website, including the brand name ŞENLİK, logo designs, graphics, text, and product images, is the exclusive intellectual property of ŞENLİK and is protected by Indian copyright laws. Any unauthorized reuse is strictly prohibited.
  • ŞENLİK shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
