• All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on national holidays or Sundays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping Charges: We offer Free Shipping on all orders across India.
• Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, your package will reach your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
• Remote areas or certain states may take up to 7 to 9 business days for delivery.

3. Shipment Tracking

• As soon as your outfit is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
• You can use this link to track the live location and expected delivery date of your package.

4. Delivery Address & Pin Code Compliance

• Please ensure you provide your complete delivery address with a valid postal Pin Code and an active Mobile Number to prevent any delays or delivery failures.
• For orders in Udaipur and nearby regions, deliveries are usually faster.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
