Exchange & Refund Policy

At ŞENLİK (senlik.co), we strive to offer the perfect fit and premium quality for all our clothing collections. To protect our business viability while ensuring customer satisfaction, we follow a strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer cash or bank refunds under any circumstances.

1. 2-Day Exchange Window

You can request a size or color exchange within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving your clothing item. Any exchange requests made after 2 days of delivery will strictly not be entertained.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, your outfit must fulfill the following legal and quality guidelines:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and completely free of any stains or odors.
• All original brand tags, price labels, and packaging must be completely intact.
• You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please email us at support@senlik.co with your Order ID and the new size/color required.

• Once approved, items must be safely sent back to our official warehouse:
  ŞENLİK Warehouse, 24, New Verma Colony, Hiranmagri Sector 09, Udaipur, Rajasthan, Pin - 313002
• Please Note: Products sent back to us without a prior approved exchange request will be automatically rejected at the warehouse.

4. No Refund & Store Credit Policy

• No Monetary Refunds: We do not issue cash, UPI, or bank refunds for any successfully delivered orders.
• Store Credit: If the alternative size or color you want is out of stock, we will issue a secure Store Credit (Discount Coupon Code) of the exact order value. You can use this coupon to purchase any other outfit from our website within the next 90 days.

5. Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your courier package immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or completely wrong item, email us instantly at support@senlik.co so we can verify the issue and ship your correct outfit free of cost.

6. Final Sale / Discounted Items

Clothing items purchased during festive sales, clear-out events, or using special heavy discount codes are considered Final Sale and are strictly not eligible for any exchange or store credit.
